Tracking on the Web

Customer can visit to the official site here:

  • On the homepage, on the top, customer will get the option “Track your shipment” with a box showing “consignment number“and an orange button printed “Track” which the customer needs to press after entering the correct consignment number.

Online tracking option from First Flight to check your consignment

  • Alternatively, there is an option of “Multiple Tracking” just beside the above option. Clicking on that will be taken to the next page where three options are available: 1. Domestic Consignments; 2. International Consignments and 3. Air Cargo Consignments.
  • Customer needs to click on the option as per his consignment booked
  • Will be then taken to the next page where in top rectangular box needs to type in either the consignment or the Reference number by selecting the radio buttons beside these options and then down below the details of the consignment status will be displayed.
  • If customer selects International Shipments then on the next page he will get to select either “Consignment booked in India” or Consignment Received in India”.
  • Customer on selecting the preferred option will be directed to the next page where can enter up to 100 consignments numbers in the horizontal rectangular box.
  • Then on clicking the Submitbutton will be displayed the status.

 

Tracking through SMS

Customer also has the option of tracking their consignment status from their mobile by sending just a SMS to 55352 and typing “FFTRK” and then with a space followed by the Consignment Number.
